To ensure customer protection, our company offers 30-days moneyback guarantee for all our software products, though services and offers do not qualify for refunds under this policy.
Conditions
If,for any reason you are not totally satisfied with our product, you may claim and receive a refund within 30 days after the purchase date. Our moneyback conditions:
- Refunds must be requested before thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- No refund is available after 30 days.
- Each client has the right for one moneyback only.
- No repeated moneybacks are available.
- No moneyback for related services, including but not limited to: re-install components, upgrade, integration work, install updates, migrate software, consulting, product adding services.
- No moneyback for related offers, including but not limited to: promotional items, special offers which are available for sale on particular occasions, purchases on discounted price or promotional code/coupon.
- Purchase is refundable partially with deduction of the transaction fees charged by authorized retailer and banks.
Before you refund
If you're having difficulty installing our products, please check our knowledge base or post your questions to our online forum, you will get assistance from our qualified staffs and other helpful community members.
If you're having problems using our software, make sure you take advantage of our Free technical support.Procedure
- A request for refund must be submitted to the Support Helpdesk, within 30 days of your purchase. We do not honor/accept any cancellation requests that directed to other contact addresses, or forum.
- Please notice that on receiving moneyback you are obligated to uninstall & remove the software, and delete all related files from your computer, web-server, every data medium and any storage device; your further use of the software will be regarded as illegal unless you obtain a license again.
- We reserve the right to post any info about a website that was found using our software illegally in the 'Shame On You' topic on our online forum.

Before you buy
Before ordering, please make sure that your Server meets all the system requirements listed on our website. We will honor any potential refund only if the fault lies with our product and is not cause of server mis-configuration.
We will NOT honor any refund if the problem lies with the fact that Server does not have the required libraries, or extensions installed.Our Words
